Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project guidelines
- Perform heavy lifting, excavation support, and debris removal tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under direct supervision
- Inspect work areas for hazards and report maintenance needs
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
