Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and tool management
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard reporting
- Complete daily equipment and material inventory checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (will train)
- Experience with hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Background check required
- Must be available for morning/afternoon shifts
