Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read basic blueprints and construction plans
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Transport materials via company vehicles (valid license required)
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Participate in team briefings and quality control reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied weather
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within San Antonio metro
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for early-morning starts
