Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites according to safety protocols
- Support concrete work, demolition, and framing tasks as needed
- Follow verbal instructions and maintain team coordination
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Wichita
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Valid government-issued ID required for employment verification
