Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform manual labor including excavation, lifting, carrying, and debris removal
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate basic hand/power tools and construction machinery under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints/material lists for task execution
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
