Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and trenching as project requirements dictate
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance for tardiness
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology and tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
