Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and ground leveling
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks on residential/commercial sites
- Participate in team briefings and adapt to daily project needs
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing
