Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like concrete pouring, framing assistance, and finishing work
- Participate in daily briefings and adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and reporting under supervision
Qualifications
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro area
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- No prior construction experience necessary – training provided
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and teamwork
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
