Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unift construction materials and debris
- Perform trenching, shoring, and excavation support
- Maintain organized job site conditions
- Report hazards and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid Florida driver's license (required)
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels)
