Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with project tasks
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at work zones
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete basic material handling and site preparation duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening
