Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance (saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks including excavation, concrete work, and framing
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
- Conduct site cleanup and debris removal throughout work shifts
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- No prior experience required - training provided
