Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Follow precise instructions for concrete work, demolition, and framing
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to safety regulations
- Support equipment setup/teardown and material inventory management
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project milestones
- Document work progress and report hazards to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to safety compliance and PPE usage
- Punctuality and dependable attendance record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-paid)
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
