Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding under supervision.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) by measuring, cutting, and moving materials.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings.
- Valid ID: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
