Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Help with digging, pouring concrete, and framing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety and tool operation is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
