Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, carrying materials, and operating hand tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize stockpiles efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans where necessary.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts or jackhammers under supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation and leveling ground.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or labor work is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
