Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, or leveling ground.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions regarding building procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material needs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on your feet for long hours.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
