Responsibilities
- Support Skilled Trades: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily project tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare construction areas by digging, lifting, and organizing tools and equipment.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and waste.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under strict supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate from scratch.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a vehicle to commute to job sites.
- Team Player: Strong willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with the crew.
- Basic Math: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
