Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Perform general site duties including debris removal and trench shoring
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and tool inspections
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- No experience required – full training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
