Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the construction site.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools with proper supervision.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for material estimation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
