Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily on-site tasks, including carpentry, painting, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup of the job site to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
