Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction activities, including digging, hauling, and site cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas efficiently.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the direct supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including debris removal and ground leveling.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and crew members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
