Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities, such as framing, drywalling, or site cleanup.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
- Perform minor site prep work, including trenching and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
