Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of construction projects, including framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks to the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of foremen.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris, sweeping floors, and organizing tools.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure accident-free operations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long hours.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on job sites at heights.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
