Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Transport and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely on-site.
- Concrete & Carpentry Support: Help mix concrete, pour foundations, or assist carpenters with framing and basic assembly.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks such as cleaning work areas, painting, or sanding as directed by the site supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior construction or general labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid ID: Must have a valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
