- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project efficiency.
- Material Handling: Move, stack, and organize materials according to safety guidelines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Prior construction or labor experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
