Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction experience not required - training provided
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
