Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, removing obstacles, and laying groundwork.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including digging, mixing concrete, and assisting skilled tradespeople with projects.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
