Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including carpentry, painting, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects as required.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not always required for labor roles).
- Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
