Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (saws, drills, levels) safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company-specific protocols at all times.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure work areas are organized.
- Assist with excavation, concrete pouring, and demolition tasks as directed.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends as project demands.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
