Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
