Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (safety gear provided).
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various site preparation and cleanup duties.
- Mix concrete, asphalt, or other materials as directed.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be available for full-time shifts with weekly pay.
