Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation including digging, tamping, and leveling.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Help with basic concrete pouring and form setting when needed.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading skills to understand safety signs and instructions.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with construction tools is a plus but not required.
