Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout, assembly, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment with proper techniques
- Read blueprints and technical documents to support project execution
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to safety standards and personal protective equipment use
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak construction seasons
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-sponsored)
