Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site preparation, excavation, and debris removal.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall installation, or concrete pouring.
- Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
