Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment to work sites according to project plans.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, jackhammers, and concrete mixers.
- Assisting Trades: Provide direct support to electricians, plumbers, and carpenters as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and securing tools.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus.
