As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, working alongside experienced tradespeople to ensure our projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. We pride ourselves on a culture of safety, respect, and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Prepare surfaces for finishing and assist with concrete pouring and finishing.
- Set up and break down scaffolding and temporary structures as needed.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to all safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in construction is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
