Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons with daily tasks and setup.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms for concrete.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site rules at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn new trades and work collaboratively within a team.
