Responsibilities
- Assist in general site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials using hand tools, dollies, and forklifts.
- Operate basic construction equipment (safely, after training).
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform minor carpentry, digging, or taping duties as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn and advance within the construction industry.
