What You Will Do:
- Perform various physical tasks related to building and construction.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Mix concrete, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction.
- Unload and transport building materials from delivery trucks to the work site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the erection, installation, or repair of structures and fixtures using hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and identify building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
- Clean construction sites to ensure they are free of debris and hazards.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and standing for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
