Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations and project tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and construction equipment safely and correctly.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, removing obstacles, and setting up work areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and materials according to safety guidelines.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is highly desirable.
