Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and structural framing systems
- Apply finishes including drywall, roofing, and concrete surfaces
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
- Experience with concrete pouring or framing preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
