Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic equipment and tools safely under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – all training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Indianapolis area
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
