Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety compliance
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, tool management, and basic installations
- Operate machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Follow blueprints and project specifications with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA guidelines

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule
