Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with foundation preparation, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and safety barriers
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, heights, noise)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Phoenix metro area
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
- No construction experience necessary – training provided!
