Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and debris removal
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Assist in erecting temporary structures and scaffolding setups
- Complete daily equipment and safety checklist reports
- Support team coordination to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided for all entry-level candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
