Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Read and interpret simple instructions and blueprints to execute tasks accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated work areas
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
