Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain strict safety protocols on active job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Inspect materials and structures for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Proficiency in power tools and heavy equipment
- Background in concrete finishing or steel erection
- Drug-free workplace compliance mandatory
