Job Summary
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various construction tasks.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment safely.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the construction site.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes as directed by the site supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment.
