Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Read and interpret blueprints/schematics for precise project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with foundation work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Must pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Experience with concrete, masonry, or framing is a plus
