Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms for concrete.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools (drills, saws, levels) under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
